Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using sundaefinance, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with any service offered through sundaefinance.

Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. Creating an account on behalf of another person without authorization is prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sundae Finance provides the platform on an 'as-is' basis. While the platform maintains 99.97% uptime, no guarantee of uninterrupted service is made.

Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk. Past performance on the platform does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content on sundaefinance — including the interface, logo, written content, and proprietary trading tools — is the exclusive property of Sundae Finance Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Sundae Finance Ltd. is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, user error, unauthorized account access caused by user negligence, or force majeure events.

Maximum liability in any dispute is capped at the value of fees paid by the user to sundaefinance in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party providers including payment processors and compliance tools. Sundae Finance is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and 2FA device. Report any unauthorized access immediately to info@sundaefinance.app.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of all assets deposited into your Sundae Finance account. The platform does not lend, rehypothecate, or otherwise use customer assets without explicit written consent.

Changes to Terms

Sundae Finance may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 72 hours before taking effect via email and a platform notification.
